African style choker with a mix of fair-trade ceramic beads, horn and brass elements

This choker set comes with a selection of fair-trade ceramic beads in powdery pastel colors and three teeth made from highly polished Ankole cow horn, decorated with a fine brass inlay. Its part of our pick-n-mix concept and is limited to 30 pieces only. By mix and matching the beads, horn and brass elements you can create a new look every day to go with your mood and outfit - from a simple neck choker to an eccentric colourful statement piece for a hippie look. The different elements can simply be added or removed by unscrewing one of the balls at the end of this diy necklace. The colourful ceramic beads are hand-rolled and painted by our fair-trade manufacturer Kazuri. The neck choker is handcrafted by the team of Urban Artefacts. The horn elements are hand-carved then inlaid with brass wire by two small teams of artisans also in Nairobi. That's a whole bunch of hands this lovely necklace goes through until it ends up here - all made with good vibes only!
