Shipping + Returns
Fast and eco friendly shipment is important to us. We work with Deutsche Post as well as the GoGreen program of DHL courier services, whose goal it is to reduce their Co2 emission by 50% until 2025.
We use recycled and environmental friendly packaging only and endeavor to keep waste material to a minimum.
GERMANY
For all orders that are being delivered to a domestic address within Germany, all shipping fees will be covered by us.
The average delivery time within Germany is 2-4 days.
REST OF EU
For all orders above 100 € that are being delivered to a domestic address within Europe, all shipping fees will be covered by us. For all orders under 100 € we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of 4,90 €.
The average delivery time for EU shipping is 4-8 days.
REST OF WORLD
For all orders that are being delivered to a domestic address outside of Europe, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of 9,90 €.
The average delivery time for worldwide shipping is 10-15 days.
RETURNS
Of course, you have the option to return your order within 14 days and in accordance with the specifications in our terms and conditions.
In order to process returns based on exercising cancellation rights or due to defects, the customer is asked to observe the following:
1. Please contact us beforehand in the event of a return and send us an email to hi@hiitu.com. We kindly need to ask you to cover the cost for a return shipment yourself. All returns need to be sent insured and traceable.

There may be times when we are out of stock on an item or that an item may be on back order. We will do our best to expedite the completion of your order. If for any reason we cannot send out your order you will be notified immediately.
For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), 19% VAT is included in the invoice amount. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the invoice amount does not include VAT. The correct net amount is specified during the order process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
